When will my job go live, and how long will it be online for?
Once you have posted your job it will be live on the site within 2 working hours, following approval by our staff. You job will be online for 28 days, but you can remove it at any time by clicking ‘deactivate’ next to your job post.

Can I edit my job post once it’s online?
Yes! You can edit your job post at any time by going to the ‘My Jobs’ section in your account and clicking 'Edit' on your job post.

Can I add users to my employer account?
Yes! You can add as many 'Sub Users' as required and set individual permissions for each of them.

Why should I upgrade my job to a Priority job?
When you upgrade your job to priority it makes your job post stand out from the crowd. Your job will always show at the top of the search results and it will be given a special template.

How do I pay my invoice?
You can pay your invoice quickly and safely online by clicking on ‘My Invoices’ tab under ‘My Account’.

How do I reactivate an expired job?
Simply click on the ‘Activate’ button which can be found under 'My Jobs'.

How do I create a screening questionnaire to go with my job advert?
You can create as many screening questionnaires as you need. Go to ‘Screening Questionnaires’ in your account and click 'Create New Questionnaire'. You can add questions here with Yes/No answers, multiple choice or free text. You can also set a score given for each answer and a minimum pass score.

Can I create a bespoke monthly package to suit my company needs?
Yes! At Hard-Hat Jobs we want to supply you with the perfect package that suits your needs. Our staff are always happy to discuss this with you and together find a package that is right for you.



How do I register?
Registration is quick and easy. Simply click on 'Registration' at the top right hand side of the site, enter your details and that’s it, you’re registered!

How do I change my email address?
Sign into your Hard-Hat Jobs account and click on ‘My Profile’. Then simply type in your new email address and click save.

I’ve forgotten my password
To reset your password click on the login button and then ‘Forgot your password?’ Enter your email address and you will receive an email with instruction on how to reset your password.

How can I view the jobs I have applied for?
Sign into your Hard-Hat Jobs account and click on ‘My Applications’. From here you can view all the jobs you have applied for.
