As Quantity Surveyor, your role will be key to supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor on a range of contracts which deliver housing repairs and maintenance, void services, planned works, project work and fire safety, to our clients.
An integral member of the Commercial team, you’ll assist with the control of costs, maximising value, minimising future liabilities and maintaining the required standard of quality and safety.
In this exciting role, you will provide commercial expertise, whilst carrying out the production and submission of valuations, claims, budget monitoring, and work stream performance data.
Can you do it? Yes, you can - if you have a degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying, commercial focus and drive – ideally alongside some Quantity Surveying experience in the Housing Maintenance industry.
